The NEOM Labour Camp is part of Saudi Arabia’s visionary NEOM development — a global hub for innovation, sustainability, and future living.
To support massive construction activities, a high-quality, fast-deploy labour housing solution was required. GS Housing delivered a modern modular accommodation camp that meets NEOM’s strict standards for safety, comfort, and sustainability.

Camp Type: Labour accommodation + supporting facilities
Building System: Flat pack container houses
Number of Units: 5234 sets container units
For this worker camp project, GS Housing Group provided a large number of high-quality, flat-pack container housing units for the high-standard labor accommodation camps in the NEOM project.
These labour camps were manufactured at GS Housing Group’s factory in Guangdong, China, and then shipped to Saudi Arabia for on-site assembly.
